Aiden Drake singled in Marcus Medina with the winning run in the bottom of the 7th inning to give the varsity baseball team a 4-3 vs. Upper Sandusky. Blake Simon and Abe Hermes each had 2 hits and 1 RBI. Davin Wendt and Cole Leimeister both hit singles. Bryson Wittmer pitched the first 5 innings, giving up 3 hits and striking out 9. Coltyn Meagrow pitched a scoreless 6th inning, and Abe Hermes pitched the 7th inning to pick up the win.

Shout out to the members of the Edison Writing Club. Lizzie Campbell, Rory Conrad, Sara Gates, Andrew Gray, Lilly Kreglow, Noah Proctor, Ilah Reynolds, and Navea Yamanouchi all competed at the state writing tournament yesterday at the University of Findlay through three rounds of writing. Congrats on a great season!
