Morning Announcements - Monday, March 23, 2026

The EMS cafeteria will be serving rotini with meat sauce and breadstick or Daily Grab & Go, green beans, fruit choice, fruit snack and milk for lunch today.

The weather report for today is partly cloudy with a high of 40.

Today’s trivia question is: How much did the world’s largest loaf of bread weigh?

Tomorrow, March 24 we are hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive from 3-7pm here in the gymnasium. There is still time to get a donor signed up. For every donor you get to donate blood you will get a chance to win a $10 gift card. Get your relatives or neighbors to sign up. In order to make an appointment, just go to redcross.org Let’s pump it up, pump it up!

The trivia answer is that the world’s largest loaf of bread weighed over 2200 pounds and was made in Italy in 2008.

We would like to close with this quote from a children’s writer Laura Ingalls Wilder: “Some old-fashioned things like fresh air and sunshine are hard to beat.”
