Today’s trivia question is: How often does a bottlenose dolphin’s skin replace old cells?

To all 4th-7th grade boys, a Final Forms email was sent out with information regarding a middle school summer boys’ basketball camp in July.  A flyer has been placed on the office counter that you can pick up, fill out, and return before the school year is out.  Please contact Coach Campana if you have any questions.

Are you currently in 6th or 7th grade and are interested in cheerleading? If so, an informational packet has been send out on Final Forms. There are a few paper copies in the main office if you need one.

The trivia answer is that a bottlenose dolphin’s skin flakes and peels to replace old cells almost every two hours. That is nine times faster than humans.

We would like to close with this quote from American puppeteer and filmmaker Jim Henson: “I’ve never felt any sense of competition with anybody, and we’re all friends; we’re all good friends.”
