Attention speech and debater competitors in Interpretation and Extemp Speaking:  
Mr. Amstutz will be meeting with you after school today, Monday, October 5 in the library to go over your pieces from 2:50-3:30

The cross country teams ran some great races this weekend at Western Reserve where the girls won by 20 points and the boy's were 2nd by only 5 points.

On the girls side, Jillian Chase raced to a 2nd place finish overall with Parker Towns in 7th, Jessie Rockwell in 8th and Francesca Johnson in 9th.  Francesca, Natalie Salmons, and Cora Daniel all ran personal best times.

On the boys side, Liam Jones fought for a 3rd place finish with Tristan Rogers coming in 9th.  
Tristan, Sam Ruggles, and Bridger Hogue all ran for personal best times.

Next week the teams run at the high school for their only home meet and encourage everyone to come see their races at 10:15 and 10:45.

The trivia answer is that there are 52 cards in a standard deck of cards.
