The Cross County athletes brought out their A Game for the Regional Championship at Tiffin on Saturday, with ten runners beating their season PR.  A strong team effort qualified the Girls team for the State Championship for the first time since 2017! Claire Michaelis, Addison McDonnell and Penny Stoll earned All-Region honors, while Madison Moon, Aili Corfman, Juliana Johnson and Saxon O'Neal ran awesome races to help the team earn a trip to Fortress Obetz on Saturday for State! Mason Leber and Zeke Rutger led a motivated boys team, who missed out on a state bid by 5 points. Trey Hines, Caleb Jeremay and Liam Chase finished in a tight pack, and Austin Jones and Landon Capizzi ran great races to end the season with Charger Pride! A special thanks to our senior boys - Caleb Jeremay, Noah Schoenherr, and Trey Hines for their contributions to the growth of our team; you will be missed! The girls will compete at 3:30 on Saturday at Fortress Obetz & Memorial Park in Obetz, Ohio.

Boys basketball will have open gyms this week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:15-7. Tryouts start this Friday (6th) and run through next Monday (9th). There is a Parent Meeting Tuesday November 3rd in the cafeteria starting at 6 pm for all parents and players that intend on trying out. All final forms and physicals must be updated to participate!  Go Chargers!

Any student who is currently taking courses with BGSU should check their email to schedule a time with Ms Barton on Thursday the 5th to select spring courses.  If you are new to BG you will schedule with Ms Barton by phone.  Please stop in Mrs Davis' office this week to get more information.
