I know it's hard to believe but we are a quarter of the way through the 2026-27 school year. Your child will be bringing home their first quarter progress report this week. Please review the progress report and let your child's teacher know if you have any questions. Parent/Teacher conferences will be November 23-24 and at this time your child's teacher will review their academic progress with you. Sign-ups for conferences will be coming home in the next couple weeks.
I have attached our 1st quarter attendance update for Edison Elementary. Student attendance is the #1 factor in academic achievement so please continue to do everything you can to make sure your child is at school. When young students miss a lot of school it is very hard to get them caught up and often these are the students who fall behind their peers in the classroom. We appreciate your help at home in making sure our students are prepared to attend school each day. If at any time you have a question about student attendance or need assistance please contact the school office.
