Edison Elementary will host its annual Veterans Day Assembly on Wednesday, November 11 at 9:30. During this musical performance our K-3 students will present flags representing each branch of the military, share original thank you notes to our Veterans, and perform small ensembles that highlight their appreciation for those who protect our freedom. This year we are asking that only veterans and their families attend due to limited seating. Last year we had many veterans and their families who had to stand and we are trying to avoid that from happening again. We understand that all parents would like to attend but we ask that you only come if you have a veteran in your family who will be honored during this time. We appreciate your understading as we strive to make this a special event for our veterans.
